I had my lowest number this afternoon after posting this morning that I had a 97….today I achieved 77!!
I was worried it was too low but a little research said the number was good.
I busted my ass working out in the pool to achieve that low number then had dinner and walked a few miles to give me a total of just over 5 miles of exercise today not including the pool. My Fitbit Is waterproof for swimming but i don’t trust it.
I’m going to check my sugar finish chugging my water take my meds and head to bed.
